Accounts and responsibility

Keep your account and sign-in methods secure, provide accurate information when required, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for the content and actions you authorize through your account, including sharing and purchases. Do not use another person's account without permission.

If you create or operate an account, you must be an adult with legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Children do not create or operate their own accounts. Adults are responsible for the content and sharing they authorize. Recipient access is separate from account operation and remains subject to applicable privacy protections.

Safe and permitted use

Do not use the service to break the law or another person's rights; exploit, threaten, harass or impersonate someone; create sexual content involving minors or other unlawful harmful content; disclose private information without permission; upload material you lack rights to use; evade safety, access, rate or publishing controls; or disrupt, overload or damage the service.

Use photos and drawings only with the necessary rights and permissions, including permission from people depicted where required. Review background details as well as the main subject. We may block or remove content or limit actions to address misuse, safety risks or legal obligations.

Your content and AI results

You keep the rights you already have in your photos, drawings, messages, prompts and other submitted material. You give us limited permission to host, copy, process, adapt and display that material as needed to provide, secure and support the service, carry out your sharing choices, meet legal obligations and improve the service only in ways allowed by the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your inputs and intended use of outputs. AI results may be inaccurate, biased, unsafe, incomplete, unlike your reference image or similar to another person's output. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, likeness, factual accuracy or freedom from third-party claims. Inspect and test results before keeping or sharing them. Safety checks do not catch every problem.

This is a creative service, not professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Do not rely on AI output for high-stakes decisions without appropriate qualified review.

Saving, sharing and recipients

Saving a card to your account and publishing it are different actions. When you choose to share or publish, anyone with the resulting link or QR code can view and play the included content and can pass it on or save copies. Review your message, pictures and background details before sharing. Do not publish content that you are not comfortable making accessible in that way.

Photo-piece sharing includes the whole kept photo and background after your explicit confirmation. New or explicitly republished shares under the saved-card policy keep the photo with your saved card until you delete the card. Unshare stops future service-link access while retaining your private saved copy. Earlier seven-day shares keep their original expiry unless explicitly republished before expiry. Unpublished generated images need current safety approval. Eligible shared cards retain approval for the exact safety-checked published image, subject to revocation and deletion; changed images need fresh checks. Unshare cannot recall downloads, screenshots, cached previews or a page already loaded.

Recipients can play a published card without buying Plus. This does not grant editing rights or creator access to paid features. Keep your own copies of important originals and work. Account deletion, card deletion, link expiration and local-file removal have different effects, explained in the Privacy Policy and applicable controls.

Free features, Plus and card-specific access

Making and sending cards with the free features has no card-count limit. Plus adds access to features such as your own photos and drawings, AI customization and additional game types, subject to the access actually shown for your account. Previewing a game does not necessarily permit saving or sharing it. For example, Mini Golf can be tried as a preview while creator saving and sharing require eligible Plus access or a valid card-specific unlock.

A promo or individual-card unlock applies to the card or account and benefits specified in that offer. It does not create a Plus subscription. Eligibility, validity, redemption conditions and any AI exclusions or limits apply as described in the offer and relevant controls. Multiple card redemptions do not mean unlimited AI use.

Plan access and promotions remain subject to resource, abuse-prevention and safety limits. Access labels, tests and demonstrations are not a promise of unlimited generation, permanent storage or the availability of every feature.

Payments and subscriptions

Plus costs US$4.99 billed monthly or US$35.88 billed annually, equivalent to US$2.99 per month. Annual billing is selected by default. Plus does not include a free trial. Review the selected plan, full charge, billing interval and applicable taxes shown at checkout before authorizing payment. A Plus label, preview or Upgrade link does not by itself authorize a payment.

Plus is a recurring subscription. By completing checkout, you authorize the selected recurring charge until you cancel. Manage or cancel your subscription through Manage account in the signed-in account menu. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless the subscription ends earlier for a payment failure, misuse or another applicable reason.

Subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may choose to make exceptions, including partial or prorated refunds, at our discretion; this does not create a general right to a refund. Mandatory refund, withdrawal and other consumer rights remain in effect.

To request a refund or exercise a withdrawal right, email support@yourstoplay.com and tell us what you are requesting. Include account or purchase details that help us identify the payment; no special form, exact wording or new account is required. We may need to verify your identity and the purchase. A refund alone does not cancel a subscription. Use Manage account to stop renewal, or tell support that you also want cancellation. Cancellation, any refund and changes to remaining access are handled separately.

We will not charge you merely because a preview ends without your prior authorization of clearly disclosed payment terms.

Our materials

Except for your content and rights belonging to others, the service and its software, design, branding and supplied materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use the supplied materials through the features we provide. These Terms do not transfer ownership or authorize copying, selling or redistributing the service or its materials outside those features.

Availability, suspension and ending use

Features may change, fail, pause or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every error or unsafe result will be caught. You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us for data requests as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may limit, suspend or end access when reasonably needed to address a serious safety or security risk, suspected unlawful use, a material breach of these Terms or changes to the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and a way to contact us. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers and responsibility for past use, remain applicable after access ends.

Disclaimers, liability and disputes

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right, warranty or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the service. This limitation does not apply where the law prohibits it.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. An unresolved dispute is subject to applicable law in an appropriate court. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class action.

Privacy, changes and contact

The Privacy Policy describes information handling, provider processing, your choices and children's privacy protections. Read it alongside these Terms.

We will identify an effective date when the approved Terms are published and provide additional notice of material changes where required. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the service. Questions about these draft Terms can be sent to support@yourstoplay.com.
